Photography service
Theatre and performing arts photography
Theatre photography needs to communicate story, expression and staging while respecting the concentration of the performers and creative team. I photograph productions, rehearsals, workshops and promotional activity in the performing arts.
Coverage can document a complete performance or concentrate on the images needed to promote a production, company, venue or future programme.
Promotional imagery
Cast, company and production photographs suitable for programmes, press, websites and social promotion.
Workshops and community arts
Documentary coverage that shows participation, process and the character of the project.
Frequently asked questions
Can you photograph a dress or technical rehearsal?
Yes. Rehearsals often provide useful access and the opportunity to cover important scenes without affecting a public performance.
Can the images support press and promotion?
Yes. Let me know the intended channels and deadlines so the required compositions and formats can be considered before the shoot.
Do you cover dance-led productions too?
Yes. Movement-led stage work is welcome, and the separate dance portfolio contains additional examples from live dance events.
