How JYS Photos images may be used
Images shown on this website
Images are displayed on this website so visitors can view the JYS Photos portfolio and available prints. Their availability online does not grant permission to copy, reproduce or use them elsewhere, except where permitted by law or by a written agreement with JYS Photos.
- Downloading or copying an image for use elsewhere requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
- Publishing an image online, in print or on social media requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
- Using an image in advertising, promotion, merchandise or a business requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
- Editing, distributing, selling or sublicensing an image requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
Print purchases
A print purchased through JYS Photos may be displayed for personal, non-commercial use. The purchase does not include a digital copy, reproduction rights or permission to use the photograph for promotional, resale or other commercial purposes.
Photography clients
Usage rights for commissioned photography or delivered client galleries are governed by the booking terms, licence or written agreement provided for that service. Those agreed terms take precedence for the relevant photographs.

Unauthorised use
